Conference Rooms
Our two conference rooms are set up to provide an optimum meeting experience. Dates and times are flexible to meet your needs! There is ample free parking for all attendees. Collaborate with the host to ensure a seamless and productive meeting experience. Professional signage provided, coffee and tea service available, and catering recommendations offered.
Classroom
Large private meeting room with large screen and A/V hookup, whiteboards, and kitchen access. This room is super flexible - arrange it as a traditional conference table set up, classroom, or horseshoe set up. Comfortably seats 16 attendees.
Boardroom
Large private conference room with traditional boardroom setup. Large screen with A/V hookup and whiteboard provided. Seats 6 – 8 comfortably.

Pets are not allowed; however, there is an exception for Service Dogs. Service Dogs which have been specially trained to perform tasks for a disabled person are allowed and must be under the control of that person at all times. Dogs whose function is to provide emotional support, companionship, comfort or therapy are not covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and are not allowed at Overlake WorkSpace. We understand that pets can be a part of your family, but for the comfort and safety of all our members, we have a no-pet policy.

Our Members are not required to have business insurance; however, it is strongly recommended.
Overlake WorkSpace does not charge Members for utilities. Water, air conditioning, heat, electricity, and internet are all paid for by Overlake WorkSpace and included in the cost of your monthly Membership.
The Membership deposit is similar to the deposit you make when you rent an apartment. It covers damages, cleaning, and/or any other costs that may be incurred at the end of your Membership. It is fully refundable as long as your space and furnishings are in the same condition when you leave as they were when you arrived.
We provide company logo signage above private office doors. Contact your office manager to coordinate sign creation if you have not already been asked to provide your logo. Any other signage must be approved by management.
If you need more furniture, contact the operations manager for availability.
Yes, we have two fully-equipped kitchens available for our Members to use. You can prepare your own meals or refrigerate the meals brought from home.
Although Overlake WorkSpace is “Members only”, you are welcome to have guests when you are at the office. They must remain with you and follow office guidelines.
